- A short questionnaire.Simple, but thorough. You fill it in when it suits you, so we understand how the business runs.
- A meeting.In person, or online if you'd prefer. We talk through what we found, show you the options and what we can do for you.
- A price, and the grants that could help.If you decide to apply for a grant, we'll guide you through it.

What Fellside™ costs

After it's installed
What you pay, if anything, once it's done.
No compulsory service fee.
Once it's installed, you don't have to pay us anything.
- It's yours.It runs on your own accounts and you control it. We can only get in if you let us.
- Running costs are optional.Some online services need hosting, usually tens of pounds a month.
- Optional support plan.It keeps things working, and puts us on hand if you have a problem or want something changed. Add it at any point for a monthly cost, or include it from the start.
- Support for several years, paid up front.A grant can help towards this too.
- Changes and additions, quoted job by job.Pay as one payment or on an agreed payment plan.
