Terms of sale.
Plain English, the way the pricing page does it. What you are buying, from whom, and what happens after you pay.
Version of 13 September 2026
Who you are buying from
BlueGrey is a partnership based in Yorkshire, England, run by its two founders. Your contract is with that partnership and with nobody else: the manufacturing business the founders also run is a separate company and is not a party to it. Our address for correspondence is Ground Floor, Radley House, Richardshaw Road, Leeds, LS28 6LE.
Payment, VAT and delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your receipt comes from Lemon Squeezy and your card statement shows Lemon Squeezy. Their terms apply to the payment itself; ours apply to the software.
What you are buying
A subscription, monthly or yearly, to use a BlueGrey plugin for a set number of seats and machines, delivered as an activation code. The plugin itself is a free download that anyone can install; the code you buy is what unlocks it. The subscription renews at the end of each period until you stop it, and every update is included while it runs. The full terms of the licence are on the licence page and form part of these terms.
Fellside™, our business dashboards, is set up around each business, and priced once we've met and agreed what it needs. These terms cover the plugins; a Fellside™ build is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Lemon Squeezy shows the price in your local currency at checkout and adds any VAT or sales tax your country charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
A monthly subscription is charged each month and a yearly one each year, on the date you first paid, until you stop it. You can stop at any time and the subscription ends at the close of the period you have paid for; nothing further is charged.
Delivery
Delivery is digital. Your activation code is issued the moment you pay: Lemon Squeezy shows it on screen and puts it in your receipt email. The plugin is the free download on this site, the same file whether you have paid or not, so there is nothing else to deliver. Nothing is posted.
Updates
Every release is included for as long as your subscription runs: fixes, speed-ups and new features alike. There is no separate upgrade to buy and no version is held back.
Refunds
Try it first: both plugins download free and run on your own artwork before you pay. Once your activation code is issued the purchase is final, unless the software is broken: if it does not do what this site says, or will not run on a setup this site says it runs on, we fix it or refund it. The refunds page has the detail. A refund closes the licence.
What we do not promise
Nester is a layout tool, not a machine simulation. Its Estimates are quick estimates off contour length and a feed rate; they do not know about acceleration, corners, lead ins, tool changes or the time somebody spends loading the sheet. Use them to quote quickly and sanity check, not to promise a minute.
Setout writes what it measures onto your drawing at the scale you have set. A wrong scale gives a wrong label; check the ratio in the top bar before a drawing goes out.
You are responsible for checking a nest before you cut it and a drawing before you make from it. We are not liable for wasted material, machine time or lost work arising from a layout or a dimension you did not check, and our total liability to you for anything arising from your purchase is capped at the price you paid. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them; the date at the top says when. The terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase.
