Refunds, plainly.

Try it free, then buy. Purchases are final once the activation code is issued, unless it is broken, in which case we fix it or refund it.

Try it first

Both plugins download free, need no code and no account, and run on your own artwork before any money moves. Nester nests and prices your artwork but will not place the result on your artboard. Setout runs in full for 7 days from install; when Illustrator opens, the panel says how many days are left and carries a Buy now button. That is the whole engine and the whole panel, not a cut-down copy, so nobody buys blind. It is why the policy below can be as firm as it is.

Purchases are final

What you buy is an activation code for a download you already have. Once the code is issued the purchase is final, because the free download answered the "will it work for me" question first, on your own artwork. We do not refund a change of mind.

Unless it is broken

If the plugin does not do what this site says it does, or it will not run on a setup this site says it runs on, we fix it or we refund it. That is the whole of it, no small print. Email hello@bluegrey.ai with your order number and what happened. Fixing it is the first answer; if we cannot, the refund goes back to the card you paid with. A refund closes the licence: the code stops working on every machine it was activated on.
